Stevens Square Building Two is Now Available with Slightly Larger Homes
Building Two at Stevens Square is now available for pre-sale. It consists of eight more homes, for a total of 28, and one extra floor compared to Building One. And based on 2021 market research, the range of sizes available has been increased from about 1,100 to 1,600 square feet with two and three bedrooms. Owners in Building Two will likewise enjoy under building parking.

The 50,000 Square Foot Stevens Square Community Center Offers A Host of Recreational, Fitness, Cultural and Business Amenities that Enhance Your Lifestyle
The Stevens Square Community Center is just steps across our campus from Building One and Two. It is a historic repurposing of a former school with offices in its second floor former classrooms, a gymnasium, and a 400-seat auditorium.

Historic Preservation is a Centerpiece of Our Campus
The historic Motherhouse was formerly the Sisters of Mercy Convent. It was recently completely restored and houses affordable rental homes for those 55 or better. Learn more about this historically preserved gem here.
